Privacy Policy

We broker mortgage refinance requests and debt help requests from a select few vendors to a select few mortgage and debt service providers. As we are not responsible for the privacy practices, business practices, or the content of the sites of our buyers or vendors, we do contractually require both sides of each transaction to conduct business legally to insure that consumers are treated fairly and we quickly terminate any client or vendor relationships that we find to be breaching our contract with them. We do our best to ensure that consumer data integrity is enforced at the point of receipt as well as on an ongoing basis and are constantly refining our processes to achieve even greater lead quality. We do not knowingly sell leads to any clients who are involved in any illegal practices and would hope that anyone working our leads has the consumers' best interests at heart. If your intentions are not honorable then we are not the vendor for you.

We do our utmost to obtain from our vendors the date and time each consumer filled out an online request and the IP address of the computer from which they made the request so that we can verify a consumer really is interested before we sell their information to a debt or mortgage service provider and so we can prove their interest in the event of consumer complaints. Some vendors choose to not send us IP with every lead yet guarantee they can send individual IPs upon request to help alleviate any complaints. To our knowledge, we have never had a lead we sold result in a major complaint. We will attempt to protect the privacy of our buyers and vendors but we do reserve the right to reveal the identity of our buyers and vendors to each other, to consumers, or to authorities in the interest of resolving any legal or other issues that may arise. We are not liable for any wrongful actions our network of buyers or vendors may perform and expect to have no involvement in any ensuing conflict resolution.

We do not personally ever have any contact with consumers(aka lead prospects for financial services) whether by phone, email, direct mail, or even online as we do not have any ownership of any websites other than NextWaveMarketingStrategies.com and this site is purely a sales website intended to showcase debt and mortgage leads for sale. Consumers of financial services have no reason to ever visit our site or contact us directly and there is no way a consumer should ever come to know of our existence.

If we do ever directly or indirectly hear of a consumer interested in being removed from our database we will be glad to remove them immediately and request our network of buyers and vendors to also remove them. We require our buyers and vendors to be compliant with all federal and state laws in their sales and marketing efforts to ensure that email or phone solicitations are welcome and appreciated. We believe we are performing a valuable service by connecting consumers with service providers who may not have gotten the help they needed at the time they first expressed interest offline or online in talking with a service provider.

All consumer data is encrypted and transmitted to and from us in a secure manner. Any credit card or other information supplied by buyers or vendors in setting up online accounts with us is also encrypted and transmitted securely and only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to that information. We do not ever collect social security numbers, FICO scores, birthdates, bank account numbers of consumers, or any other sensitive information other than the information consumers voluntarily provide in the interest of facilitating talking with a mortgage or debt professional and any information we do aggregate we use solely for the purpose of helping that consumer get the financial help he/she desires. We have never and never plan to start working with payday loan leads because they just contain more personal consumer data than we feel comfortable storing and because we do not believe payday loan firms to be providing a service with consumers' best interests at heart.

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, alteration, or theft of the information under our control. We keep the data located securely behind a firewall and maintain several backups of our lead databases so that no undue interruption in lead flow will occur. We do not allow data to be uploaded online by vendors or downloaded online by clients to provide further security. Rather all leads in and out are processed with our data cleansing and enhancement system and received and sent manually by email in excel. We have never had a data breach or been hacked into. Being a one man company operating from a home office further eliminates any chance of employee data theft.

We have the right at any time to change the terms of this privacy policy. You are responsible for regularly reviewing our privacy policy to make sure you are still comfortable doing business with us. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, please discontinue use of our website.
